Graduate in hospitality marketing and management 30 years ago, Jean-Roland pursued a carrer in iconic luxurious properties in Paris and Geneva.<\/p>\n

He became Head Concierge at the age of 24 and was recognized by his peers and honored with les Clefs d\u2019Or in 1999.
\nHis vision, his passion for luxury and service, his natural leadership, his proactivity and his adaptability to all situations gave him the opportunity to serve in a leadership capacity with les Clefs d\u2019Or France, les Clefs d’or Suisse and les Clefs d’Or International for 20 years.<\/p>\n

During his professional journey, he successfully developed his global network to serve his VIP guests.

After studying History at La Sorbonne, J\u00e9r\u00e9mie fell in love with the Concierge world and that represents while working in some of the most prestigious hotels in Paris before starting a seasonal career between La Baule and Courchevel.<\/p>\n

It is in 2009 that J\u00e9r\u00e9mie settled in Geneva. He joined the Grand H\u00f4tel Kempinski’s Concierge department (now Fairmont) of which he became the Head Concierge during his 14 year tenure.<\/p>\n

During his time in Geneva, J\u00e9r\u00e9mie joined Les Clefs d’Or and through his passionate and meticulous approach over the years he served as Geneva Section President, International General Secretary and eventually as the Swiss President.<\/p>\n

Native of the west coast of France, Mathieu (an engineering graduate) naturally leaned towards a career in luxury hospitality.<\/p>\n

His experiences and the many encounters over the years at Hotel Hermitage La Baule, Hotel Manali Courchevel, Yacht Club Saint Barthelemy, Hotel Mandarin Oriental Geneva, fueled his passion for extraordinary service and the Concierge world.<\/p>\n

Recognized by his peers and honored with les Clefs d\u2019Or membership at the age of 24, he continuously served in a leadership capacity both the Geneva Section and Switzerland over the years.<\/p>\n

Graduated from Hotel School and Catering, Samuel quickly turned to hotel management and more specifically Concierge services in 1999. He was elected \u201cJeune Clefs d\u2019Or France\u201d by his peers when he was only 23. He will fulfill various functions within the \u201cC\u00f4te d\u2019Azur and Principality of Monaco\u201d les Clefs d\u2019Or association while he officiates in Nice. He will also participate in the creation of the \u201cHotel Concierge\u201d course in partnership with the Toulouse Hotel School.<\/p>\n

After ten years on the French Rivera, Samuel decided for a new chalenge and joined an international hotel group, the Mandarin Oriental, Geneva where he worked from 2008 to 2025 as Head Concierge.<\/p>\n

In total, his 26 years as Concierge in the luxury industry allowed him to develop his operational skills and precious contacts around the world.<\/p>\n

Today, this experience is at your disposal to develop or redevelop the customer satisfaction of your company in order to give it another dimension.<\/p>\n
